Terms of Service
Last updated: September 2026
These terms cover your use of Tiny Tindera. By using the service you agree to them. This is a plain-language version and a starting point; please have your own counsel review it before you rely on it.
Your account
- You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password safe.
- You are responsible for the data you and your staff enter, and for using the service lawfully.
The trial and billing
- The free trial runs for 7 days. No credit card is needed to start.
- Paid plans are billed per branch, monthly or annually. Pricing is shown on the pricing page. Any early-bird discount that applies to your account is kept for the life of that account.
- Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your account.
- You can export your data and cancel at any time. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, including prorated refunds on annual plans.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: no attempts to break security, disrupt other businesses, or use it for anything illegal. We may suspend accounts that do.
Suspension and termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or end an account that breaches these terms or is used unlawfully, and where practical we will tell you why. You can export your data before you leave; after that we delete or anonymize it as described in our Privacy Policy.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the service running and secure, but it is provided "as is" without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim.
Your data
Your business data belongs to you. We handle it as described in our Privacy Policy, and our handling of the personal data you enter about your own customers and staff is set out in our Data Processing Addendum.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably will be handled by the courts of Davao City, Philippines.
Changes
We may update these terms and the service over time. Significant changes will be posted on Platform changes, and we will let you know when they affect you.
