Tiny Tindera ("we", "us") helps Filipino businesses run their operations. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights under the Philippines Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173). This is a plain-language summary and a starting point; please have your own counsel review it before you rely on it.

What we collect

• Account details you give us: your name, business name, email, and phone number.
• Business data you enter into the app: products, sales, inventory, staff, and payroll records. This belongs to you.
• Usage data: basic logs (sign-ins, actions, device and browser info) used to keep the service secure and working.

How we use it

• To provide and improve the service, and to give you support.
• To keep accounts secure (for example, sign-in rate limiting and audit logs).
• To contact you about your account, your trial, and important service notices.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your data.
• We do not use your business data to advertise to your customers.

Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to sign you in and keep your session secure. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. To run the service we rely on a small set of reputable providers acting on our instructions, such as cloud hosting and managed database infrastructure, transactional email, and a payment processor. How we handle the personal data you enter about your own customers and staff is set out in our Data Processing Addendum.

Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act you may access, correct, or ask us to delete your personal data, and you may object to certain processing. Your data is yours: you can export it any time, and you can ask us to remove it when you close your account.

Storage, security, and retention

Data is stored on reputable cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit, and each business's data is isolated from every other business. More detail is on our Security page. We keep your data for as long as you have an account, plus any period the law requires, and then delete or anonymize it. If a personal data breach affects your data, we will notify you without undue delay and support any notice you must give to the National Privacy Commission.
