Privacy Policy

Tiny Tindera ("we", "us") helps Filipino businesses run their operations. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights under the Philippines Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173). This is a plain-language summary and a starting point; please have your own counsel review it before you rely on it.

What we collect

• Account details you give us: your name, business name, email, and phone number.
• Business data you enter into the app: products, sales, inventory, staff, and payroll records. This belongs to you.
• Usage data: basic logs (sign-ins, actions, device and browser info) used to keep the service secure and working.

How we use it

• To provide and improve the service, and to give you support.
• To keep accounts secure (for example, sign-in rate limiting and audit logs).
• To contact you about your account, your trial, and important service notices.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your data.
• We do not use your business data to advertise to your customers.

Cookies

Some cookies are essential: they sign you in and keep your session secure. These are always on, because the service cannot work without them.

On this website we use PostHog to understand how people use it. Before you make a choice, PostHog counts page views and clicks anonymously and stores nothing on your device, so every page you open looks like a new visit. It does not record your session.

If you accept, two more things happen. PostHog may set a cookie so it can recognise a returning visit, and it records your visit as a replay we can watch back to find the confusing parts of the site. Anything you type into a form is hidden in those recordings. The Meta Pixel also loads, which tells us which Facebook or Instagram ad brought you here, so we do not waste money on ads that do not work. None of this runs inside the app itself.

If you decline, nothing is stored on your device, no recording is made, and the Meta Pixel never loads. The website behaves exactly the same. You can change your answer at any time through the Cookie settings link in the footer of every page.

We do not sell the data these cookies produce, and we do not use them to build a profile of you across unrelated websites.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. To run the service we rely on a small set of reputable providers acting on our instructions, such as cloud hosting and managed database infrastructure, transactional email, and a payment processor. PostHog (website analytics, hosted in the European Union) receives data about your visits to this website, and Meta (advertising measurement) does too if you accept optional cookies. Neither receives anything about what you do inside the app. How we handle the personal data you enter about your own customers and staff is set out in our Data Processing Addendum.

Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act you may access, correct, or ask us to delete your personal data, and you may object to certain processing. Your data is yours: you can export it any time, and you can ask us to remove it when you close your account.

Storage, security, and retention

Data is stored on reputable cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit, and each business's data is isolated from every other business. More detail is on our Security page. We keep your data for as long as you have an account, plus any period the law requires, and then delete or anonymize it. If a personal data breach affects your data, we will notify you without undue delay and support any notice you must give to the National Privacy Commission.
