What happens after January 2027?
Sign up before January 2027 and your ₱1,200/branch/month early-bird rate is locked for the life of your account. It never rises to the ₱1,500 standard rate. New sign-ups after that date start at the standard rate.
How does annual billing work?
Pay for 10 months and get 2 months free, so a branch is ₱12,000 a year at the early-bird rate instead of ₱14,400. Choose Custom years to prepay several years at the same rate.
How do extra staff and products work?
Every branch already includes 2,000 products and 2 staff seats, and the owner seat is always free. Beyond that it is ₱200 per extra staff seat and ₱300 per additional 1,000 products, each per month. Use the estimator to see your exact total.
Is there really no per-transaction fee?
Correct. You pay one flat price per branch. We never take a cut of your sales.
Do you support BIR requirements?
You can export sales and reports for your accountant today. Full BIR EIS e-invoicing accreditation is on our roadmap. We will not claim to be accredited before we are.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There is no lock-in, and your data is always yours to export.
